Pathway

Age Pyramid

Our approach to football player development is tailored to specific age groups, ensuring a holistic journey from early enthusiasm to professional readiness.

This program focuses on four serious goals which are listed in the seventeen Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations. We proudly abide by the necessities and are glad to contribute to the world.

  1. For ages 6-12, the focus is on pure enjoyment and understanding the fundamentals of the game.
  2. As they move to 13-15 years, the emphasis shifts to building a solid foundation, introducing the significance of professional football, and honing essential skills.
  3. The ages of 15-18 mark a formative phase, where players engage in full-time training, participate in teams and club matches and prepare for a professional career.
  4. By 18-21 years, players reach their final stage of development, now primed to excel at state or higher levels of competition.

This progressive approach nurtures a comprehensive understanding of football, enabling players to embrace the sport's joy, professional potential, and journey towards becoming accomplished athletes.
