For every mission to come true, a plan is a must. MARS Football Foundation is here with just that! We currently have 2 programs on and going which were developed for the nourishment of emerging football stars from our country.

Introducing the Vidya Volunteer Program: a heartwarming initiative by MARS Football Foundation that touches the lives of 600 children. With the dedicated guidance of 2 coaches and the oversight of a Project Coordinator, this program aims to enrich children's life skills through the power of football. Through 3-4 days of engagement each week, our Program Manager ensures that the program runs smoothly, making a profound impact on the children's growth. This program not only cultivates football talent but also fosters crucial life skills. With a budget of 12000 per month, per coach, we're investing in building a brighter future, one child at a time.

Coaches’ assistance: The importance of professional coaching while learning a new sport is sky-high. Thus, we send two of our skilled coaches to many Government schools who teach football to budding youth and assist them in their growth FOR FREE! The salaries of these coaches are gathered through various CSRs around the country.

1. No Poverty: Our foundation reaches the underprivileged slums and introduces them to the world of football. When kids unknown to the world of sports are trained under professional coaches and grow, their skillset becomes an asset valuable enough to make our country proud. Professional football can not only bring medals to the country but also income for the family, thus slowly eliminating poverty.
2. Quality Education: Teaching sports to young children makes them understand the importance of physical activities in their lives. This helps them become an all-rounder in terms of education. Because quality education is not all about studying in the classroom but physical fitness as well. Our foundation focuses on teaching ethics and moral values to all our kids along with football. Good manners, positive attitudes, organized schedules, etc help them become a better person overall.
3. Gender Equality: At MARS Football Foundation, we wholeheartedly believe in the power of gender equality. Our commitment extends beyond the boundaries of the field, as we provide equal opportunities for girls to participate and excel in the sport of football. We're breaking down stereotypes and paving the way for girls to embrace the beautiful game with the same passion and dedication as their male counterparts.
4. Good Health and Well-being: Playing on the field and staying fit every day is not possible for many grown adults out there. But, we believe that every hard-working mother and father should have a day to unleash their inner child and play football without worrying about much. MARS Football Foundation invites all parents on International Mother’s and Father’s Day to play football on the field with their children and make sure everyone lives a happy and healthy life.
